New Year, 2023
Welcome to the start of a new year. Today marks the 36th changing of the year, since my birth and the first day of 2023.
For me, twenty twenty three is hoped to be a year of achievement. Financial, mental and physcial achievements are all on the roster for improvement in the following 365 days.
I was recently inspired by the 100 Hours page on the blog of Jonny Spicer, though at the time of writing, had been removed from his blog just 10 hours prior. On this page, he produced a list of six activities that he wanted to spend at least 100 hours doing through the course of 2022.
Using this format, I have selected just four tasks and targetted the same 100 hours for each. The tasks are as follows:
- Fitness (excluding running)
- Piano Playing
Of the 8760 hours in 2023, 400 of these are intended to be utilised in a productive way with a goal of self improvement.
I will discuss each of the list items in more detail along with how I am tracking this through the year.
